SATEL MCCU-30 brings cellular, licensed UHF, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and wired Ethernet connectivity into one rugged vehicle router. Unlike MCCU-20’s selectable UHF/LTE modes, MCCU-30 can operate its wireless technologies in parallel, supporting connected-machine workflows that need local control, internet access and GNSS RTK corrections at the same time.

The integrated SATEL-TR4+ radio receives UHF correction data and makes it available to an Ethernet-connected host through a TCP socket. LTE provides internet and cloud connectivity, while dual-band Wi-Fi can operate as an access point or client and Bluetooth supports both Classic and Low Energy devices. A Gigabit Ethernet port provides the primary wired connection to the machine-control system.

MCCU-30 uses Linux-based software and provides a local WebUI and MQTT API for configuration and control. Software can be updated locally or over the air, and the unit supports SATEL Secure Remote for cloud-assisted maintenance and configuration. Its 32 GB eMMC storage is designed to support a fault-tolerant filesystem.

The aluminum enclosure, mated connectors and protected interfaces are designed for harsh vehicle installations. IP67/IP69K ingress protection, wide-temperature operation, ignition-controlled shutdown and reinforced surge and ESD protection support construction, agriculture, marine and other off-highway applications.
